Role: Civil Field Coordinator

Location: Cochrane, ON (Otter Rapids)

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Civil Field Coordinator provides comprehensive support to employees and supervisors working at the project site, ensuring adherence to corporate and client policies, regulatory guidelines, and contractual obligations.

Your primary responsibilities in this role would include:

·        Processing of project-related documentation, such as timesheets, job status reports, purchase orders, job tracking records, and invoices.

·        Assisting in the preparation of weekly reports, contract management activities, and facilitating the change control process.

·        Providing support for site administration, including the maintenance of personnel files and the generation of reports for subcontractors.

·        Facilitating the participation of Indigenous communities in the project.

·        Managing filing systems and ensuring proper document control.

·        Assisting employees with travel arrangements.

·        Maintaining accurate employee data and fulfilling various other administrative duties as required by the project.

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team as a Field Coordinator. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to our company's safety and quality programs, possess exceptional communication and organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. A strong work ethic, team collaboration abilities, and proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Excel are essential. Candidates with (4-5) years of construction or a comparable combination of education and experience will be given preference.

There is an expectation to work extended work schedules, which includes holidays and weekends.  Travel away from home will be required.  Preferred candidates will be open to travel and construction project work and be on a defined rotation work schedule.  Competitive living out allowance will be provided.
