Pennecon’s Corporate office is currently seeking qualified candidates for the following role:

Position: Accounts Payable Clerk

Location: St. John’s, NL

Reporting to the Director of Financial Reporting, the Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for the entire accounts payable function.

Responsibilities of this position will include, but are not limited to:

  • Processing of accounts payable transactions;
  • Communicate with vendors as required;
  • Complete vendor statement reconciliations;
  • Maintain spreadsheets;
  • Other duties as required.

The successful candidate will have 3 – 5 years experience in an accounting environment. They are results oriented with strong attention to detail and have the ability to work both independently and in a team environment. In addition, they will have excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
