Role: Electrical Project Manager
Location: St. John’s, NL
Reporting to the Electrical Construction Lead, this position has a responsibility to work as a member of a team to play a key role in project development and execution. The Project Manager will be responsible to execute, optimize, and manage the project following established management process, regarding safety, quality, schedule and within budget, to ensure a successful completion. This role will coordinate with all key site team personnel to ensure all work is executed in accordance with the project requirements and will be the key point of contact with the client.
Qualifications:
- Electrical Engineering degree, Electrical Engineering Technology diploma, or Electrician background with strong construction management
- At minimum, ten years of relevant experience preferably working within an electrical project driven environment
- Past experience in a project management position, or significant leadership experience and ability to run crews
- Large construction estimating experience
- You must be passionate about the work you do and have excellent interpersonal, communication
- Solid report writing skills
- A commitment to safe work practices and ISO 9001:2008 QA/QC processes.
There is an expectation to work extended work schedules, which includes holidays and weekends.
